Visiting the Sea Chalet is part of the adventure! Here's a step-by-step guide to getting to our remote oceanfront cabin:

Option 1: Fly & Drive

Fly into Campbell River Airport (YBL)
- Pacific Coastal Airlines flies direct from Vancouver.
Rent a vehicle at the airport or in town.

Option 2: Drive from Vancouver

Take the ferry from Vancouver (Horseshoe Bay or Tsawwassen) to Nanaimo.
Drive north to Campbell River (approx. 2 hours from Nanaimo).

Step 3: Take the Quadra Island Ferry

From Campbell River, hop on the BC Ferry to Quadra Island.
- This is a short 10-minute drive-on ferry that runs regularly.
- No reservation needed — just show up and pay at the terminal.

Step 4: Drive to Heriot Bay Marina

Once on Quadra Island, drive 15 minutes to Heriot Bay Marina.
Free parking available at the marina.
We’ll meet you here for your water taxi.

Step 5: Water Taxi to the Sea Chalet

From Heriot Bay, enjoy a 30-minute scenic boat ride through the Discovery Islands.
Our captain will help load your gear and drop you off at the Sea Chalet’s private dock.
